Milwaukee-area law enforcement detain two members of the Wisconsin Army National Guard’s 157th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade role-playing rioters during an April 5 training exercise at the Wisconsin State Fairgrounds in West Allis. Soldiers took turns training in a reaction force role in support of local law enforcement as well as portraying looters and rioters. This type of training addresses communication skills between agencies and improves understanding and collaboration between local law enforcement and the Wisconsin National Guard.
