Wisconsin Soldiers begin year-long Middle East mobilization

Wisconsin Soldiers inducted into Hall of Honor

MADISON, Wis. — Retired Command Sgt. Maj. Rafael Conde and retired Chief Warrant Officer 4 David Molitor became the latest inductees into the Wisconsin Army National Guard Hall of Honor Nov. 1, during an induction ceremony at the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs in Madison.
