Lt. Col. Bill Benson, commander of the Wisconsin Army National Guard’s 2nd Battalion, 127th Infantry Regiment, joins Maj. Gen. Paul Knapp, Wisconsin’s adjutant general, and Dan Durig, a Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs civil engineer, in cutting a ribbon to signify the grand opening of the Wisconsin Army National Guard armory in Appleton, Wis., Sept. 28.
